The contrasts in textures, tones and colours which occur in nature inspire and influence my work. Elements in nature and landscape often seem to repeat, but looking closer show much variation and individuality; my work aims to capture these qualities.

The freely formed pieces of work - using clay lay between the natural and made, and are displayed as decorated single forms or in multiples.
